Jim Kiloh is one of our highly qualified mortgage brokers based in Menai, Sydney and servicing the whole of Australia. Jim is an exceptional broker who brings a wealth of knowledge gained from over 22 years of experience in the industry. He thrives on finding finance solutions, particularly for investment properties. He has an extensive portfolio of long-term clients, testament to his ability to look after his clients well.

Before moving into the finance industry, Jim’s working career included serving as a Merchant Navy Officer, and owning and operating restaurants and pubs in Sydney. He then found himself in a company selling investment properties. Here began Jim’s career in the finance industry as he started arranging finance for the investment properties he was selling, eventually expanding into organising all types of mortgages.

Jim sees things that other industry professionals may overlook. He specialises in preparing and structuring home loans, investor loans and refinances. He strives to offer his clients affordable options and enjoys helping them get their foot into the property market.

In 2013 Jim was one of four finalists for Mortgage Broker of the Year with AFG and was labelled as one of the Top 40 Mortgage Brokers in the country. In 2002 he was awarded Top Achiever of the Year by LJ Hooker Property Source. He holds a Diploma in Mortgage Brokering and Financial Planning and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MRAA).

Jim is an avid reader and enjoys pouring over pages regarding history and politics. He enjoys golf and analysing investment properties.
