Charbel is a passionate and experienced mortgage broker committed to making the home loan process straightforward and stress-free for his clients. Having successfully facilitated over $100 million in settlements, he takes pride in supporting all Australian homeowners, from first-home buyers to downsizers, with tailored solutions unique to their specific needs. 

Charbel brings a strong background in banking and finance to mortgage broking. He began his career as an accountant before transitioning to finance, where he worked for two of Australia's big four banks: ANZ and Westpac.

Specialising in residential and commercial finance, Charbel offered a comprehensive range of financial solutions spanning first home buyers and investors. His commercial expertise extends to commercial property loans, securing lease doc arrangements, franchise lending, asset finance and working capital solutions for business owners. 

Today, as a mortgage broker, Charbel leverages his extensive experience to assess his clients’ unique financial situations, determine borrowing capacities and research the most suitable loan options from Lending Loop’s panel of over 40 lenders. He excels in explaining complex loan features, assisting with paperwork and negotiating competitive rates.

Charbel possesses a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom, Professional Accounting) from Macquarie University and has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. He is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Outside of work, Charbel enjoys family time and follows sports like NRL, basketball, and tennis.
